Kelley Kennedy Wins the 2023 Hyatt Quarterly Kick But Award!
Hyatt awards a select few associates at their quarterly Commercial Services meeting to win the Hyatt Kick Butt award. This quarter there were only four in North and South America that received this honor, and our very own Kelley Kennedy (Sales Coordinator at the Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Fishers) was one of them!
To qualify for the Kick Butt Award you have to show exceptional achievements beyond day-to-day job expectations, produce outstanding results surpassing financial/performance goals, and live out Hyatt’s core values of (Integrity, Experimentation, Inclusion, Respect, Wellbeing and Empathy). This is an incredibly tough award to win, as all Commercial Services associates (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Events) in the Americas are eligible to be nominated.
It is no secret that Kelley is a major contributor to the success at the Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Fishers. From her hard work, her organization skills, to the prompt and caring customer service that she provides on a consistent basis, Kelley is a major reason why our clients continue to choose the Hyatt Place/Hyatt House. She is detailed oriented and never lets anything slip through the cracks, which we all know is a tall task with the number of groups and meetings that this hotel accommodates. Not only that, but Kelley is the first person to jump in and help out. She will roll up her sleeves and do dishes, clean rooms, help at the front desk, and anything else that needs to be done to make sure our guests have the best experience.
